We take our mixology as seriously as our food preparation and have cultivated an extensive cocktail menu, building on all the classic cocktails with a Giri twist.
Drawing our inspiration from the garden, we feature exquisite Mediterranean grapes, spices, fruits and herbs in our cocktails; we infuse vodka with fresh chilli, basil or lemon and use quintessential Balearic aromas and distillates.
Our wine list is comprehensive too, with a carefully selected range of Spanish and new world red, whites and cavas to accompany your meal.
The lion’s share have been sourced on the mainland, in fact, we’ve personally scoured Spain to find producers with excellent wines and more than that, wonderful stories behind the production. A great deal of our labels are self-sustaining, biodynamic wines, many from producers in Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera.
